Can DNA determine mannerisms?

Given up for adoption at birth, Sally found her biological mom when she was in her twenties. They lived thousands of miles apart. Sally’s half sibling and I noticed that surprisingly Sally had a couple of mannerisms just like her mother’s even though they had never met. I googled it, and it sounds like it is possible through DNA. To protect her identity, her name was changed to Sally. Another interesting DNA research study: Even though identical twins have 100 percent identical DNA and are raised together; they can have different personalities. Perhaps it is in their wish to have their own individuality, or perhaps how they are treated. Even if identical twins are raised separately, they are likely to have similar personalities, interests, likes and dislikes.
