How I Choose Locations

Answer to a question of how I choose locations. They say to write about what you know. I know Auburn, Wenatchee, and Okanogan, Washington. I have visited Malawi, Scotland, Ireland, and the other places I wrote about, but for me “Trapped” required a lot of research on Northern Ireland. I find other countries and cultures interesting. Writing about these places is a fun way to journal my travels. Next week, I’ll answer another question. The photo is much like a Malawian outside, roofless toilet. If you’re over four feet tall and standing up, everyone can see you. LOL

  1. Yes, it was like the one in the photo except that I had to follow a spiral path to get to the center. The spiral is similar to what a hurricane looks like from above. And yes, I had no other choice of restrooms in the villages. It was an interesting experience. Thanks for asking, Landon.
