“Whatever is good & perfect comes to us from God…” James 1:17 Loving relationships & ice cream are good. Often when I notice something is good, I think, God gave it to me. He is loving me right now. Thank You, God.” I try to let it sink in.
Why would He do that? Apparently, like us, He feels joy when He gives to those He loves. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son…” John 3:16 Our hearts are humanly flawed. His is divinely perfect. I catch myself judging Him according to my human frailties.
Since I asked Jesus’ Spirit into my heart, He has made all the amazing, beautiful difference in my life. Who could have ever imagined? I long for others to experience that.
